This Data Privacy Policy is adopted by the Company in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and other applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
1. Purpose
The REINFORCE SEARCH INC. is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of all personal information collected from applicants, candidates, clients, employees, business partners, and other stakeholders. This Policy outlines how the Company collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data in relation to its headhunting, executive search, recruitment, and related services.
